Mantra and speech can literally rewire neural patterns. It is no secret that mantra and meditation are by far my favorite aspects of a yoga practice because of the deeply profound healing that can happen with a little bit of effort. Moreover, you can start anywhere you are along your path– no vast experience needed.
This breath, called “Happy, Healthy, Holy Breath” affects the hypothalamus and is also excellent for stopping any spiraling thoughts or anxiety.
