Yoga gives us the tools to see our true selves: limitless, self-healing mechanisms. The ebbs and flows of life no longer affect us. The “work” becomes enjoyable. The unknown interesting, not scary. We are unstuck and unstruck. You hold the power to live the life of your dreams!

Teaching yoga is my greatest joy and soul’s purpose. The practice has helped me heal from severe depression, anxiety, and manage ADHD. I can and so can you. Because why not? Let’s get to work.
